Topchan Hostel assisted in obtaining the LOI for my visa. I was the first person they obtained the LOI for, and Rafa was very helpful and constantly kept me updated on the progress.

Rafa was extremely helpful and friendly.

The tram is just outside the hostel. It can be quite loud.

The hostel is walking distance to the Tashkent Train Station and metro, in approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

I stayed for only a night but the hostel was extremely helpful with information. The hostel helped me buy train tickets (when I arrived) for a fee. I was going from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan and Rafa kept me in the loop with information on the private taxi/bus and border crossing.
